Shipping and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yarns Made Real. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
GENERAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders weighing up to 13 oz will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. All orders weighing more than 13 oz will be mailed USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery is between 1-3 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur which are beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders weighing up to 4 lb will be shipped using USPS First-Class Package International Service. Please inquire for orders over 4 lb.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Yarns Made Real is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Yarns Made Real is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods requesting a refund/exchange.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted; please contact me within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and twisted back into a skein with the ball band.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Send your item to: Yarns Made Real, 7000 20th Street, Lot 865, Vero Beach, FL 32966, United States.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (or another substitute item) send us an email at lorrie@yarnsmadereal.com.
Note: The shop carries colorways that are seasonal and when they are sold, that colorway may not be reproduced for some time, or ever again. In this case a substitution exchange would be offered if it meets defective or damaged criteria.
Cancellations are not accepted.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lorrie@yarnsmadereal.com.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Yarns Made Real, 7000 20th street, Lot 865, Vero Beach, FL 32966, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
